Leadership Program at Auxilium High School

On 11th April, 2026 an animation program on leadership was successfully conducted by Fr. Austin Fernandes with the help and assistance of Ms. Alia Colaco at Auxilium High School for students of Standards 8th to 10th. The session focused on the theme of leadership, particularly addressing how to become an effective leader and why young leaders are essential in today’s world. The program aimed to inspire students to develop confidence, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

The session began on an energetic note with an action song, “Follow the Leader,” which encouraged active participation.  Following this, Ms. Alia Colaco delivered a PowerPoint presentation explaining the concept of leadership, the qualities of a good leader, and the importance of initiative, clear thinking, and responsibility in everyday life.

To make the learning experience more interactive, Fr. Austin conducted a game that emphasized decision-making and teamwork. Through this activity, students were able to understand the practical aspects of leadership, such as cooperation, communication, and problem-solving, in a fun and engaging manner




The program continued with the screening of selected video clips from movies and other sources, highlighting real-life examples of leadership and teamwork. These visual aids helped reinforce the concepts discussed earlier. The session concluded with a few inspiring words from Fr. Austin, encouraging the students to apply these leadership qualities in their daily lives and to grow into responsible young leaders.

A Day of Faith, Fellowship, and Future Vision. The Don Bosco Youth Paschers came together for an unforgettable one-day reunion on May 11th, 2025, at the tranquil Eden Farms in Cuncolim. With over 60 enthusiastic Youth Paschers and dedicated volunteers in attendance, the gathering served as a vibrant platform to rekindle friendships, reflect on their shared mission, and lay the groundwork for the movement’s activities in the 2025–2026 term. Marian Night 2025: Walking with Mary in Hope and Faith

The Marian Night took place on 13th August 2025 at Don Bosco School, Oros, and was beautifully hosted by the Youth of Oros and Ranbambuli. The gathering brought together around 82 participants, comprising children and youth from the Kudal Parish, accompanied by priests and nuns, all united in their love and devotion to Mother Mary. The celebration was held under the meaningful theme “Walking with Mary in Hope and Faith,” which guided the spirit of the evening and inspired every activity, prayer, and performance. The evening began on a deeply spiritual note with a solemn procession in honor of Mother Mary. Children, holding lighted candles, walked reverently, creating an atmosphere of devotion and prayer.
