A Joyful Marian Night at Don Bosco Youth Centre, Shirva
On the beautiful evening of September 14th, the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Shirva, hosted a heart-warming Marian Night. The DBYC came alive with music, laughter, and devotion as we welcomed all our youth and Salesian Cooperators.
The celebration began at 5:00 p.m. with a peaceful prayer, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Soon after, everyone joined in a symbolic “walk in the light,” followed by a reverent worship of Mother Mary that filled the atmosphere with grace and gratitude.
What made the night extra special were the lively activities, games, and quizzes that helped us learn more about Mother Mary and her inspiring life. The event was organized by our dear Fathers Kiran, Royal, and Roshan. Around 60 participants, including enthusiastic youth from Kelmbet, came together, turning the Centre into a space of joy, bonding, and discovery.
The Salesian Cooperators added to the evening with their wisdom and guidance during the team games, making it not just fun but deeply enriching. Smiles, laughter, and friendly competition filled every corner as we celebrated our faith in the most cheerful way.
We wrapped up this memorable night with a delicious dinner shared by everyone, followed by relaxed conversations that stretched until 9:00 p.m. It was truly an evening to cherish—one where friendship blossomed, faith deepened, and Mother Mary’s love brought us all closer together.
